Returns Policy

All items must be returned within 14 days of the original order being placed.

Items must be returned unopened, and with original packaging intact where applicable.

Please keep the appropriate proof of return. If the returned item goes missing in transit, the item may be treated as not returned.

How to initiate a return

Please email sales@1300gloveman.com.au and include:

- Your document number
- A brief description of the problem

All requests will receive an email confirmation and, if applicable, a Return Authorisation Number. Please include this number clearly on the outside of the return package.

Refunds

All refunds for orders placed at 1300gloveman.com.au are credited back to the original credit card used for purchase.

Refunds are for the cost of merchandise only and do not include postage and handling charges.
