Delivery Policy

The Gloveman offers a range of delivery options to get products to you as quickly as possible throughout Australia.

Orders are delivered according to delivery zone. Processing and deliveries are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Weekend delivery is currently not available.

The Gloveman does not deliver to Australian islands off the mainland. On-forwarding costs for island shipments are at the customer’s discretion.

Free Delivery

Delivery is free for orders of $100.00 or more (excluding Big and Bulky items) to metropolitan Melbourne (Sydney and ACT noted as coming soon on live policy).

For metro orders under $100.00, a small delivery fee applies. For areas outside main metro centres, a higher delivery fee applies. Please call 1300 456 836 to confirm delivery pricing before placing orders.

Orders over 200kg

Orders weighing over 200kg may attract an additional delivery fee. Customer Service will contact you to confirm any additional fee.

Next Day Delivery

Orders placed before 12:30pm Monday to Thursday (excluding public holidays) for in-stock items are generally eligible for next business day delivery (excluding big and bulky conditions).

All other delivery zones are delivered within 1 to 5 business days depending on zone.

Deliveries usually occur between 8:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday (Gold Coast may differ).

A street address is required for delivery. PO Boxes cannot be used as a delivery address.

Bulky Delivery

Bulky items require extra handling and may take longer to deliver. Additional delivery fees apply to products classified as Bulky.

Indicative timing from live policy:

- Metro order placed before 11:30am: next business day
- Metro order placed after 11:30am: 1 to 3 business days
- Regional and country: 3 to 5 business days
