Tempt your customers with the home made style of Edlyn�s pancake mix. Easy to prepare and rich in flavour, with a decadently delicious taste. Available In 10kg Shelf Life 6 months Directions for use 1. Add Buttermilk Pancake mix to a bowl. 2. Add cake margarine to Buttermilk Pancake Mix in the bowl (optional). 3. Blend dry ingredients using a paddle until smooth. Scrape down bowl. 4. Add the cold water to the dry mix. 5. Mix until blended into a smooth paste. 6. Brush a small amount of vegetable oil into griddle/pan. 7. Cook at 200oC until golden brown. Ingredients Wheat Flour (Thiamine), Raising Agents (500, 541), Sugar, Buttermilk Solids (3%), Dextrose, Salt, Canola Oil, Thickener (Modified Starch), Egg Powder, Flavour.
