Chilli sauce Smoked Jalapeno 150ml medium heat Ingredients: Cold smoked Jalapeno Cider vinegar Wild rocket Garlic Coriander seed Thyme Salt Pepper Sugar Silver Medal at The World Hot Sauce Awards 2015 in Louisiana USA “mild hot sauce category” We cold smoke green Jalapenos for at least six hours over Victorian golden delicious apple wood to create this award winning hot sauce. This process gives us a unique tasting sauce similar to chipotle but with a more pronounced bite. Can be used as a stand alone multi purpose sauce or an addition to marinades, dips, salsas, mayonnaise, dressings etc…. Great addition to any foods that need some extra smokey flavour. All of our sauces are gluten free, dairy free and vegan friendly.
