Packed with great tasting natural seeds and grains, Burgen Soya & Linseed is rich in fibre and calcium, and with all those linseeds it is also a great source of essential plant based Omega 3 alpha linolenic acid. It�s perfect for sandwiches, toast or a healthy snack. Calcium helps to keep bones healthy, while Omega 3 alpha linolenic acid helps to maintain healthy levels of cholesterol. Just two slices of Soya & Linseed 800g provide 30% of the RI+ of calcium and 100% of the Recommended Daily Intake for Omega 3. There are no artificial preservatives or flavourings in our recipes and all of our breads are suitable for vegetarians. Also available in a 400g loaf.
