Delivery Policy
 

The Gloveman offers a range of delivery options to make it easy for you to shop with us. All of these options are aimed at getting products to you as quickly as possible wherever you are in Australia.

We deliver according to the delivery zone in which the orders are delivered to. Simply use our delivery estimator in the shopping cart to get an up-to-date estimation on delivery timeframes and costs specifically for your order(Coming Soon). Alternately, you can call us any time to find out where your delivery zone is. Simply contact the Customer Service Centre on 1300 GLOVEMAN (456 836), Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (AEST).

The processing of orders and all deliveries are made Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. We currently do not have a weekend delivery service.

The Gloveman does not deliver to Australian Islands off the mainland. The Gloveman will deliver to addresses within the mainland but all on-forwarding costs incurred for shipments of goods to an Australian Island will be at the customer's discretion.

During the "wet season" deliveries into Northern Territory and Northern Queensland may be affected by adverse weather conditions. In this event, deliveries may take longer than our usual timeframes.

Free Delivery

Delivery is free for orders of $100.00 or more (excluding items classified as Big and Bulky) to metropolitan areas in Melbourne (Sydney and ACT coming soon). If you are in those delivery areas and your order is less than $100.00, you will be charged a small delivery fee of $5.95.

For deliveries to areas outside the main metropolitan centres you will be charged $25.95 (including GST) for an order of any value (excluding items classified as Big and Bulky). Please Call 1300 456 836 to confirm this price before placing orders.

Orders weighing over 200kg

Orders weighing over 200kg may be subject to an additional delivery fee, as they are outside our standard delivery criteria. A Gloveman representative from the Customer Service Centre will contact you and confirm the additional delivery fee. If you have any queries about this please call 1300 GLOVEMAN (456 836), Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm (AEST).

Next Day Delivery

Orders placed before 12:30pm Monday to Thursday (excluding public holidays) for items that are in-stock are eligible for next day delivery. This excludes big and bulky items, which will be delivered the next-day. Same Day Delivery is normally only available for Melbourne’s inner suburbs (within 20 km of city centre) but The Gloveman will endeavour to send out emergency orders on a next day basis – This is at the discretion of the Delivery Coordinator.

All other delivery zones will be delivered within 1 to 5 business days dependant on your delivery zone

Please note:

  • Deliveries to your address will occur between 8:00am - 5pm Monday to Friday (Gold Coast deliveries occur between 8am and 6pm).

  • Please note that suburbs and delivery zones are subject to reclassification from time to time.

  • A street address is required for delivery. PO Boxes cannot be used as a delivery address.

  • Orders placed after 11:30pm ESDT, will dispatch the next business day in your delivery zone.

Bulky Delivery

Bulky items require extra handling and take longer to transport to all parts of Australia. Because of this, additional delivery fees apply to all products classified as Bulky. To check whether or not a product you are ordering is affected look for the ‘Bulky' symbol when you order.
