Most Easily Hacked Passwords

So you think you’re real clever making your password ‘password’ ? Hate to be the barer of bad news but you are in the top 2% chance of being hacked…

We have all done it, can’t be bothered thinking on the spot so letspassword just hit 12345 and we will fix it up later… never to fix it up later. And I mean these days
with all the boxes you must tick before your password is accepted those still holding onto a 12345 password must count their lucky stars… that’s until they get hacked because their password was too damn predictable.

So here it is, The most used/hacked passwords from 2014. I think you’ll find at least one if not 12 of these passwords will have once been yours!

Melbourne the most liveable city in the world.

Melbourne has done it again, voted the most liveable city in the world for the 5th year in a row.

Melbourne is a beautiful place to live, every time I walk through the city I always think, I would love to see Melbourne through a tourists eyes. But it seems being a tourist isn’t the only/best way to experience Melbourne! For the fifth year in a row Melbourne has been named the most liveable city in the world.melll

The world wide survey rated cities out of 100 based on areas of healthcare, educations, stability, culture, environment and infrastructure, Melbourne almost nailed perfection coming in with a total score of 97.5 out of 100…not to shabby at all. I know the survey is based on all these necessary things, however I still think its our coffee skills that keeps us at number one!

The Preston Cafe that’s making a difference.

We have had the pleasure of getting to know the owner of Brown Bear cafe Leo Xu very well. In getting to know Leo on our weekly visits we have learnt the amazing story behind his cafe. Leo Xu grew up in China, where he learnt about the use of bear bile for traditional Chinese medicine. Witnessing the distressing scene’s that was inhumane bear bile farming lead to Leo wanting to do more. “I felt so sad, they had no voice.” Leo said. Leo has now lived in Australia for the past 25 years and is running a successful cafe in Preston Melbourne. Each and every tip received by the cafe is donated to the saving the brown bears, in hope of a law being put in place to stop Brown bear bile farming in China and all around the world. In the Brown bear Cafe you will find a beautiful sketch of a brown bear on the wall in chalk, this was hand drawn by Leo himself .

The passionate campaign Leo is running at Brown Bear cafe is not the only thing we love about it. With all food prepared on premises, Brown bear have some delicious homemade treats. My personal favourite is their delicious cheesecake. If you have more of a savoury tooth the hamburger is a not to miss and has all the locals talking about it. So if you are in the area and looking for somewhere to eat, pop in and see Leo at Brown Bear Cafe and help him on his mission to free the bears. #tellhimtheglovemansentyou

Reese’s Peanut Butter Mini Cheesecakes- #NationalCheesecakeDay

Ingredients
  • ¾ c graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 Tbls sugar
  • 3 Tbls butter, melted
  • 12 Miniature Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
  • 16 oz (2 8 oz packages) of light cream cheese
  • 1 c sugar
  • ¼ c all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, room temperature
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ c Reese’s Peanut Butter chips
  • ½ c chocolate chips
  • 2 tsp shortening, divided
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350. Place a cup liner in each cup of your muffin pan. Make the graham cracker crust by combining the graham cracker crumbs, 3 Tbls sugar, and 3 Tbls melted butter. Combine until nice and crumbly.
  2. Press the crust into the bottom of each cup. I use about a heaping tablespoon of the mixture for each cup and then use the bottom of my ice cream scoop to flatten the crust down.
  3. Remove the wrappers from the Reese’s. You will want to unwrap 14 total. 12 for the cheesecakes and two for a quick snack. Place a Reese’s in the center of the crust in each cup.
  4. Beat the cream cheese until nice and fluffy. I use the light cream cheese so I can have two cheesecakes but you could use regular cream cheese if you would like :)
  5. Add in the sugar, flour and vanilla and continue beating until well combined. Add in the eggs one at time making sure they are well incorporated.
  6. Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the Reese’s, evenly dividing the mixture among the 12 cups. I use about ¼ c of the mixture for each cup. Bake for about 20-25 minutes until the cheesecakes are set.
  7. Let the cheesecakes cool – or don’t! They are so good when the chocolate is all ooey-gooey and melted but they really are better after they’ve cooled and chilled for a while. Melt the peanut butter chips and 1 tsp of shortening in the microwave and then use a fork to swirl the melted chips over the top of the cheesecakes. Do the same with the chocolate chips. Enjoy!
  8. Makes 12 cheesecakes. Store in refrigerator.
